Here's how:

1. Deposit fresh funds of at least S$50,000 in an eligible account within the Campaign Qualifying Period (i.e. by 30 April 2026), up to a maximum of S$3,000,000.
2. Select an eligible account.
3. Confirm your details.
4. Submit your registration form for the promotion below by 30 April 2026.
5. If you are successful, your funds will be earmarked for 153 days (approximately 5 months), starting from the date of your eligible deposits.

If eligible, you will be entitled to receive the following Bonus Interest on your fresh funds amount:

One (1) Bonus Interest of 1.45% p.a. on your fresh funds deposited

“Bonus Interest” refers to additional interest rate, on top of the prevailing base interest rate, that will be earned by Eligible Customers. The Bonus Interest (as specified in the Table above) is only applicable to the Fresh Funds amount earmarked for the Promotion, from a minimum of S$50,000, and up to a maximum of S$3,000,000, for a period of 153 days (approximately 5 months). Bonus interest will be computed from the date of deposit of Fresh Funds.




“Fresh Funds” refers to funds in the form of non-OCBC cheques/ cashier’s orders/ demand drafts, funds that are not transferred from any existing OCBC accounts, and funds that are not withdrawn within 30 days before or during the Promotion Period and re-deposited (whether in part or in full amounts withdrawn) into the Eligible Account during the Promotion Period for purposes of qualifying for the Promotion.

The fresh funds must be incremental to the Eligible Customer’s overall deposit balances for 153 days (approximately 5 months) from the date of Eligible Transaction.

The Earmark Period will start from the date of depositing in Fresh Funds into the Eligible Account. If you are eligible, the earmark will be performed by the bank on different dates depending on your registration submission date.

Please take note:

• The sign up period is available till 30 April 2026.

• The money you use for this promotion will be withheld for 153 days (approximately 5 months), and is counted from the date of fresh funds deposited.
• Bonus interest rate is only applicable to the fresh funds amount that is deposited into the account and will only be paid for the duration of the earmark.
• Only monies deposited into the Eligible Accounts as stated above are eligible for the promotion.
• Please note that funds secured under Money Lock cannot be earmarked.

When will I know I am eligible?

• Once you are successfully enrolled, your funds will be set aside for 153 days (approximately 5 months) from when the deposit was made.
• We will send an SMS notifying you of the outcome of your application.

When will I receive the bonus interests?

• Bonus interest will be credited by 31 October 2026.

Will I receive the bonus interest if I withdraw the funds before the expiry of the earmark?

• No, you will not receive any bonus interest if you withdraw during the earmark period.
• In the event that we have credited the bonus interest, we reserve the right to claw back the bonus interest that was paid out.

Deposit Insurance Scheme: Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors and monies and deposits denominated in Singapore dollars under the Supplementary Retirement Scheme are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$100,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Monies and deposits denominated in Singapore dollars under the CPF Investment Scheme and CPF Retirement Sum Scheme are aggregated and separately insured up to S$100,000 for each depositor per Scheme member.
