For opening of CPF Investment Account and SRS Account, no documents are needed to be submitted.

For Securites Trading Account with Online Access via OCBC Securities Private Limited (OSPL), you are required to send the following documents to OCBC Securities

• A copy of your NRIC (front and back) or passport (validity of at least 6 months), with your signature on it
• Duly completed and signed CDP Account Opening Form and CDP Linkage Form (for non CDP account holders)

For existing CDP account holders, please download and complete the CDP Linkage Form.

A cheque of S$2000, issued to 'OCBC Securities Pte Ltd', if you are not a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
