Terms and Conditions:

1. To be eligible for the S$20 ZALORA e-voucher:
- you have submitted this form and completed the STACK registration form using the same mobile number provided;
- you are among the first 1,000 qualifying members to sign up for your STACK membership during 13 July 2020 – 12 August 2020; and
- you are not an existing STACK member.
2. The S$20 ZALORA e-voucher will be sent to you via SMS to the registered mobile number, within 2 weeks from the day you completed your STACK registration successfully.
3. Each customer can only receive 1 S$20 ZALORA e-voucher.
4. This e-voucher expires on 31 October 2020 Singapore Time, and cannot be replaced if expired.
5. This e-voucher is issued by Option Gift Pte Ltd which owns the registered trademark UNIQGIFT. Accordingly, even if this voucher incorporates the "STACK" mark, logo and/or other marks and logos of OCBC, OCBC/STACK is not responsible for any issue that arises in connection with the redemption and/or use of this voucher. OCBC/STACK shall not be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the redemption or use of the voucher by any person.
6. STACK/OCBC/ZALORA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
