Terms and Conditions Governing the NTUC/OCBC Plus! Visa Debit Card S$30 Cash rebate promotion for StarHub Customers.
(2) OCBC Marketing Consent
I am aware that, by signing up for this product or service, I am consenting to Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited and its related corporations (OCBC Group) – as well as their agents and authorised service providers – to collect, use and disclose my personal data, and to share this data with their business partners (including but not limited to StarHub Limited and its related corporations) for marketing and promotional purposes. These purposes include the “Additional Purposes” set out in the OCBC Data Protection Policy, available at
www.ocbc.com/policies or any OCBC Bank branch. For avoidance of doubt, I am also aware that the above consent overrides any earlier withdrawal of such consent; should I wish to withdraw my consent later, I shall use the form available at
www.ocbc.com/consent-withdrawal-form or any OCBC Bank branch.

(3) StarHub Additional Purposes Consent
I am aware that, by signing up for this promotion, I am consenting to StarHub Limited and its related corporations (StarHub Group) – as well as their agents and authorised service providers – (i) to collect, use and disclose my personal data, and to share this data with their Strategic Partners (as defined in the StarHub Data Protection Policy) and (ii) to communicate all marketing materials through contact details that StarHub and its Strategic Partners (including but not limited to Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited) may hold, via SMS, Calls, Direct Mailers, eDMs, bill inserts or other marketing channels, for marketing and promotional purpose including the purposes described as "Additional Purposes" in the StarHub Data Protection Policy, available at
www.starhub.com/pdpp. I agree and consent to the terms of StarHub Data Protection Policy.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I understand that by agreeing to the terms above, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited and StarHub Limited will be able to share my personal data with each other, thereby enhancing their knowledge of me and my needs.
