Upon making 3 successful referrals, we will send a new debit card with the new limited-edition design to the mailing address registered with the OCBC MyOwn Account.
Do note that once the new card is activated, your child’s OCBC MyOwn Debit card will be deactivated.

Deposit Insurance Scheme

Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors and monies and deposits denominated in Singapore dollars under the Supplementary Retirement Scheme are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$100,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Monies and deposits denominated in Singapore dollars under the CPF Investment Scheme and CPF Retirement Sum Scheme are aggregated and separately insured up to S$100,000 for each depositor per Scheme member. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured.

Declaration and agreement

In consideration of you processing this application (as stated herein), I hereby declare, warrant and agree:

(a) that all information submitted above or otherwise in connection with this application are true and accurate in all respects.

(b) that I understand, accept and agree (including on behalf of my child) that the OCBC Debit Cardmembers Agreement, the OCBC Debit Card Declaration and Agreement, the Terms and Conditions Governing Deposit Accounts, including but not limited to the Terms and Conditions for Parents and Account Holders for the OCBC MyOwn Account, the OCBC Terms and Conditions Governing Electronic Banking Services, the Terms and Conditions Governing OCBC Electronic Statements, and all other terms and conditions that may apply to my child’s use of the OCBC MyOwn Account, OCBC MyOwn Debit Card, OCBC MyOwn Services, and/or the related services provided in connection therewith, shall continue to apply in full force and effect;

(c) that I am authorized to act and give consent on behalf of my child for the purposes of this application;

(d) that I will supply any additional information and documentary proof as you may require and/or execute all documents and instruments and do all acts and things as may be required by you in connection with the processing of this application and the operation and maintenance of the OCBC MyOwn Debit Card with you;

(e) that I undertake to give you notice in writing of any change in particulars given above and to submit relevant documentary proof to you for any change of the particulars given above;

(f) that I understand that you have the right not to approve this application at your absolute discretion. I understand that in the event that this application is rejected, you are not under any obligation whatsoever to render me any reason or explanation; and

(g) that I consent to the collection, use and disclosure of my personal data, and if applicable, my child(ren)’s personal data by OCBC Bank and its related corporations (collectively “OCBC Group”) for the purposes of this application, and for other applicable purposes in accordance with OCBC Bank’s Data Protection Policy (available at OCBC website > Personal Banking > Policies) (“Purposes”). Where I have provided the personal data of another individual to OCBC Group, I confirm that I have obtained consent from such individual(s) for the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data to OCBC Group for the Purposes.
