1: I'm having problem logging into Internet Banking. What should I do?
If you are connecting using a Local Area Network (LAN) connection, check that it allows secure transactions through the Internet. Clear your cache and try again.
2: What is my access code?
When you signed up for Internet Banking, we gave you an access code made up of numbers.
3: Can I change my Access Code?
Sure! Just login to Internet Banking, go to top menu, select Customer Service -> Change Access Code. Enter your new access code - which should have 6 to 14 letters and/or numbers.
4: What happens if I've forgotten my access code?
You can retrieve it online instantly via www.ocbc.com/reset. Alternatively you may call us at 6363 3333 (or +65 6363 3333 from overseas) and we'll assist you.
5: How do I log in to Online Banking?
- Go to www.ocbc.com/login.
- Enter Access Code and PIN.
- If you have registered for OneToken, click on the Push Notification to authenticate the transaction. If not, you'll be asked for a one-time password (OTP). This will be given to you in one of two ways, depending on what you chose when you signed up.
- SMS: Enter the OTP sent to your mobile phone.
- Hardware token: Enter the OTP shown on the screen.
